Shop orders (digital plans and physical hardware)
For order status, missing files, shipping, or returns on shop products, email lisa@thrivecraftedvans.com and include your order number. You can also use the contact form on the shop.
Digital products are delivered electronically after checkout once the files are available on the product. If you do not see a download link or email, check spam/junk and then write us.
Physical shop orders ship to U.S. addresses only. See our Shipping Policy.
Custom van builds
Custom conversions start with an inquiry and a consultation call — not with shop checkout. Email lisa@thrivecraftedvans.com. A $2,500 deposit, paid offline, is required to hold a build date. All other build terms are confirmed in writing.
Van drop-off and pickup are scheduled with us. Shop shipping does not apply to vans.
Drop-in systems
If you want a quoted drop-in electrical and/or plumbing system, email lisa@thrivecraftedvans.com. Price, contents, pickup, and any U.S. shipment are as confirmed in writing for that quote.
Hours and response time
We reply as promptly as we can during normal business days. Custom-build and quote conversations may take longer than a simple shop-order question.
